1) Acceptance and Electronic Agreement
By accessing or using BilliardBoard (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. This is a binding agreement even if not signed.
2) Description of Service
BilliardBoard is a pool ladder management platform: player registration, ladder creation and administration, match scheduling and recording, rankings and statistics, and challenge management.
3) Accounts, Eligibility, Parent Oversight
- Provide accurate registration information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and must report unauthorized use.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Parents or guardians should supervise minors' use. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
4) Acceptable Use
- Do not violate laws, infringe rights, or post unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the Service, scrape without permission, or use automated bots.
- Do not use the Service for commercial purposes without our written permission.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5) Your Content and Our IP
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant BilliardBoard a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, modify, and display your content to operate the Service. All other materials—text, logos, code, design—are owned or licensed by BilliardBoard and protected by law. Do not copy or reuse without written consent.
6) Service Availability and Backups
We aim for consistent uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Backups are maintained for continuity but are not guaranteed. You are responsible for keeping copies of content you need to retain.
7) Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
8) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BilliardBoard and its owners, affiliates, and personnel are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or use arising from or related to your use of the Service.
9) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BilliardBoard harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10) Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or interferes with the Service or other users.
11) Governing Law, Arbitration, Class Waiver
These Terms are governed by Arizona law. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Phoenix, Arizona. To the fullest extent permitted, you and BilliardBoard waive class actions.
12) Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page. Your continued use after the effective date signifies acceptance.
